Hi from a noob!

Hi, thought I'd go out on a limb and introduce myself. I'm Amber, I'm 30 with about 60-70 pounds to loose. I've lurked in the past, done all kinds of diets and end up quitting, and figured, I will just jump in, say hi, and try to find some accountability. :)

I have already discovered the benefit of being active, and I like to walk/run and do karate with the kids. But I want to get the extra weight off so I can do all this stuff without the extra pounds (and look cute in those dreadful 5k pictures)!

So I'm ready to give this another shot. I always am inspired by the before / after pictures and can't wait for the time when I can post my own. :)
