new to myfitnesspal

Hi my name is Sally and I am new to myfitnesspal. I have been using the app on my phone now for
3 months and I have lost 26 lbs so far. I am so grateful for this site and app.

    Way to go! I've been using the mobile app since April 1st. Are there any other apps you use for diet or exercise? I also use map my walk.

    Yes I use the run keeper app to help me when I am walking. It tells me how far I have walked and how many calories that I have burned. I have real player on my laptop and I do tae bo basic exercises and also standing ab crunches every day. I have severe osteoarthritis in my knees so it is hard for me to try and get on the floor, but I am able to walk with some ease.

    Hi Sally! I love this site, I have been so motivated by it that I know with all the support I can finally reach my goal. Is run keeper a free app for iphone. I want to start walking but don't have anything to judge my distance. I have a fitbit but there is no way I can get up to 10,000 steps a day. My knees aren't that good either so I will have to take it slow.
