    I made a smoothie this morning with chocolate whey protein powder.

    1 scoop powder

    1/2 bag frozen smoothie mix - I used strawberries and bananas with frozen yogurt chunks

    1/2 cup skim milk

    Yum. Chocolate covered strawberry shake.
