Hi all,
I just recently got off a plateau by opting my calories from the MFP settings 1200 to at least net 1500 per day which my PT suggested. Upding my cals was a good idea bc I think my body was in starvation mode for a while. I never really have been below 140ish therefore, would love to learn more about your stories and how you con't to loose the weight.
My SW186 and my CW140 and GW 130. How do you determine your intake once your dropped a significant amount of weight? Now I am wondering should I con't to increase my intake once I loose more. WIll I cont to loose if I do that? Any advice or shared experience would be amazing.
Thanks much in advance. Wishing everyone a wonderful week.

As you lose, the amount of calories you need decreases.0
