Here's the deal. I love homemade soup. I love fresh veggie juice. I don't like paying $4 a bottle when I can juice at home. I also hate my juicer because it's a PITA to clean and it means tossing all of the healthy fiber. Blending fruit and veggies to make juice in my Oster blender leaves me with an unappetizing, gloppy mess.
I'd also like to dabble more with making sauces and soups. So, the way I see it, the Vitamix, Nutrabullet, and Ninja all boast being able to pulverize the heck out of things.
So, talk to me about these gadgets. Which one do you have? How's the capacity? How's the end product? Can you make a tolerable beverage using it? Would you buy it again? Thanks!
