Hello everybody!

So, this is me. Hopefully I can make some good accountability-buddies, support friends and just a nice range of aquaintances here! Here's a quick info about me

Age: 23
Live: Sweden
Starting Weight: 82,3 kilograms
Goal Weight: 60 kilograms

I remember my journey started when I was about 13-14 and I would start taking walks with my mother who at that point was attempting to turn her life around and lose some weight. It was around the same time that I got aware of my family and how I'm genetically dispositioned. I started doing research on how the rest of my family was doing and I realised that I don't think I've ever met anyone who gains weight as easily as I do. With that said, I knew there was a risk of running in to trouble ahead.

Skip forward a few years, I was leaving for university and had a weight around 70 kilograms. I wasn't unhappy with my status, but neither was I happy. Working out was never on my schedule, and food was never on my mind. I'd eat anything I could get my hands on at any point I felt like it. Slowly and gradually I started developing a bad relationship to food, due to other reasons, and with it came that I started gaining weight.

At some point, I was at my highest weight ever recorded: 88 kilograms and it scared me so much, to realise I was nearing 90 kilograms, which I had always believed I would never get to. It was like a sudden wake-up call that I was indeed starting to become all of what I had always said I'd never become whilst I had watched my health deteriorate.

With that, I started to slowly change bits and bobs from my personal life, but nothing really serious or permanent. I'm not down to 82,3 kilograms and have decided to start a real journey. With real accountability, real goals, real rewards and real use of the tools that I do have, such as MFP.

Clearly, there's much more information about me to be shared, but I'll leave this for my introduction! My profile is visible for anyone who is logged on to MFP, and you're more than welcome to drop by and share a word or two
