    I happened to just have a Spinach smoothie yesterday at around 10:30am and no lunch. Went to workout at around 12:30 then watched the Hawks and just wasn't hungry until 6pm. Then decided to have a 1,000 calorie burrito

    I sometimes drink my salads as well. Not with meat and dressing in it of course. What is wrong with that?

    I don't think the blender really breaks down the fiber to that extent? But the pieces ARE smaller than what you would be ingesting via chewing though.
