    Haha! That's funny all by itself...

    ...and it's a funny point to consider because back then, I worked outside...now I have a desk job. Seems counter-intuitive that I was gaining weight with my manual labor jobs and that now I'd be losing after becoming a desk jockey...but to me, it gives credibility to the effectiveness of MFP's system. :drinker:

    Everyone has made a fantastic transformation, wish I knew how to post pics but my profile is open u can see the differnce in my face there if u r interested. Unfortunately I don't have any at my highest weight of 194 only 156, I refused pictures at my hw

    Since I don't know how to add photos as well, mine is up on my profile, before is over 200 and after is 180 though I have lost 10 lbs since then
