Breaking a plateau by recommitting to accurate logging. Who is with me?

If you've been on here long enough, you've probably experienced this at some point: You get started on MFP, and things are going swell--so swell that you don't worry about that salad dressing or the butter you use to coat your grilled cheese, you can just eyeball it. You don't weigh your bread because you just assume you can go by the slice measurement rather than the actual weight. Surely that tiny bit of cheating here and there won't hurt. Before you know it, you're in my position: starring down those last 10-15 pounds, and the scale won't. freaking. budge.
What really gets me is eating out. Last night, I had dinner with a friend at a local deli. I got a small grilled chicken breast salad and some chili, but since I wasn't at a chain restaurant, I had no idea how to log it, so I just didn't. That's where I need some help, and I've decided a logging buddy might just be the way to do it. I need someone that I can message or text when I don't know how to put something in. And I need someone who will push me to weight EVERYTHING and log completely and accurately.
