Invitation to Consistency Challenge group.

It's always fun and nice to start new life over - just next Monday or, in best case, tomorrow. Most of us keep that new life for couple of days, then drop it off and go on eating cakes polishing with soda.
Long term weight loss and maintaining is subject to consistent moving on, which is toughest challenge than having single hectic workout or hungry day.
We stick to healthy eating, lowering portions and regular working out. We tend to be daily active and actively communicating to each other.

To keep challenge alive we need some more members. Once you're truly motivated (at least now) and want to keep up good habits as long as possible, check our group details and How-to. If it suits you, feel free to add me as a friend and join Facebook group linked in the group description.
Once you do, I will know you're in. I think we'll manage 10 more daily active members to keep it both challenging and not messy.
