Recently my body has decided I am not allowed to eat eggs again. The last time this happened, I couldn't eat dairy for 4 months and couldn't eat eggs for almost a year. It really sucks because eggs have been my go to breakfast for a while. I am thinking about making smoothie cubes so that I can make life easier (especially with a sprained knee and possible torn meniscus). So we can just throw the cubes in the blender throw the cubes in a blender and add protein powder and flax seeds/ chia seeds (and possibly some coconut oil) and go about our day. The idea is 1 green, one white, and 2 red cube ratio. When I can, I may add maca as well.

Green smoothie cube: (about 50 1 oz servings)
2 lbs spinach
1 lb kale
1/3 cup bee pollen
1/3 cup spirulina

Coconut banana cubes: (about 50 1 oz servings)
1 can (1 7/8 cup) coconut milk
14 oz coconut water
2 cup banana

fruit part of smoothie: (about 130 1 oz servings)
40 oz strawberries
6 cups frozen peaches
1-2 (about 6 cups) pineapple

These are really good and really good tasting.
If you are susceptible to food intolerances/ allergies, add a fourth one because rotating through a four day plan can help prevent intolerances / allergies sometimes.
