MyFitnessPal computer question

I have a friend that signed up for MyFitnessPal and it works just fine on her kindle but no matter what she tries she can't get into her account on her computer. She knows she using the right password, same one she uses on her kindle, but it always says it's wrong and won't let her in. I have no idea why, maybe someone else could shed some light on this? Did she accidently set something that it can only be accessed from one source?

    ​It could be a number of things.

    First, check to make sure the username is correct. I helped a friend who said he had the same issue. After multiple attempts, we realized that he was using a username of "name1" on his phone and the auto-populate function on his computer was retrieving "name11."

    Second, try to clear the browser cache on the computer by going to the Tools or Options settings in the browser you are using.
