So one night the hub and I were hungry after watching Food Network (duh) and decided to try making an omelet. OMG the failure on that one lol BUT we created a yummy "new" dish. Dirty Eggs!

Average recipe only has about 300 calories too.

2 large eggs
dash of 2% milk
1/8 cup (or a touch less) of shredded cheese of your choice
2 slices of deli meat of your choice (we tend to use ham)

scramble until light yellow and enjoy!

you can mix and match cheeses and meats, left over whatever works great and gives a new flavor. Add some toast and you have a very filling meal for under 450 calories generally.
