Breakfast Time Sadness

Lately, all I can stomach in the morning is string cheese or yogurt. Oatmeal, cereal, and hard-boiled egg whites (my usual go-tos) have been really upsetting my stomach. Any suggestions for light breakfasts that are easy to make/grab and won't upset my stomach?

    Why not just eat the yogurt or string cheese? Sometimes the only thing I have for breakfast is yogurt, which I usually mix with protein powder. Sometimes I eat nothing for breakfast and have a bigger lunch.

    Maybe try skipping breakfast? Some will say "Don't do it! It burns fat faster!" .... I say *kitten*.

    I don't eat in the AM because my stomach can't handle it, and if I do manage to, I feel bloated as hell for hours.

    I just eat a lot at night to compensate for the AM calories I miss.

    Yogurt is one of my go-to no-time-for-breakfast breakfasts, so it could be worse. I'd add some fruit and nuts and/or protein powder if you want a larger breakfast. If you don't do nuts or cheese I'd make sure to have yogurt with some fat, since super low fat breakfasts can make me hungry more quickly.

    Eat whatever your stomach can handle. If you're not hungry, then don't eat. If all you can eat is string cheese and yogurt, then eat that.
