This time!

We all have heard it, right! This time I am going to lose it and keep it off. I am 63 years old and been saying it forever . So two years ago I went to a nutritionist and I lost the weight slowly like I wanted and had so much motivation. I then changed jobs to a more less physical then one lost the motivation. Guess what, the weight came back and then some.
I have taken all I have learned all these years and going for a LIFE CHANGE ATTITUDE. I am 215 pounds. A month ago I gave up pop, regular and diet. I try to drink one cup of regular coffee or 2 decaf. in the morning instead of a pot. I have done ok with pop, the coffee however is a difficult task as I love coffee. This month I have joint the my fitness pal, up grade my low exercise program going a basic body class one day a week , better then nothing.
It is a going to be a LIFE CHANGE ATTITUDE, that is my goal. Come join your own Life Change Attitude let me know your changes, what works, what didn't or that special talk you had with yourself. I need support and motivation one thing I have learn I need others of the same interest to keep me going.
Life Change Attitude is a slow process just like losing weight.
