What would I have done differently? Go for a walk

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate a light dinner when i wasn't sure of my intake
What would I have done differently? Once less pancake in celebration of our son's 16th b-day
What is today's personal goals? Get back to loggin'

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't go over my calories and got out for a 30 minute walk... not much but it was better than nothing. Also I am tracking to get back on track tracking my calories... been slacking :noway:
What would I have done differently? I would have liked to have had a better workout but the vet came at lunchtime so I wasn't able to get to the Y.

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I did, even while partying!. ***see "new" nutritional goals***
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I had said I wanted to log, but *** I am going to see if I can step away from daily logging and just monitor healthy choices and not going overboard. In my quest to get to maintenance I need to be able to make good eating decisions even when I am not logging calories. Still working on the plan but it will include whole foods, portion control and balance. I would call it "awareness without obsession!" :laugh:*** (Hmm, sounds like a blog to me)
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Kept myself in check thru a day long birthday celebration!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Zumba and actually PLAYING at the park with my sons, rather than watching them play
