Hello this is dayone for me. I would like to know if anyone has any smoothie detox recipes? Or any recommendations for detox to get started?

I don't know about detoxing but most days I drink a big green smoothie. I use four cups of spinach or kale, two tablespoons of ground flaxseed, half a cup of blueberries, a small banana, ice and water. Lots of hydration, lots of green leafy vegetables, yummy fruit and my magic ground flaxseed. All of that is 300 calories or less!0
