Video diary apps..??

Anyone know of a good video diary app for Android?? Trying to find a decent one to use with my tablet.
I'm not planning on streaming, but would like to be able to find these videos in my gallery and delete/modify/transfer if needed, but most of the "good ones" keep asking for permissions for GPS location and I AM NOT happy with that..
ANY HELP, please? Would be much appreciated!!
