Hey guys. I'm Will and I'm 21. I decided to use mfp due to a friends recommending it and to help me keep track of what I'm putting into my body although I felt like I was doing fine before using this app but this app has definitely held me accountable. :smiley:

I'm 5'9 and currently weigh175 Lbs. Have been trying to lose weight since about April of this year due to realizing how unhealthy and how out of shape I was so I have been going to the gym and through many failed diets. This time around though, I can sense that urgency to change and have been A LOT better with my diet these past few weeks and the number on the scale (although not my measuring tool for success) has gone down and I'm in a lot better shape than I was.

I won't list all my goals but my 2 main goals are to run a half marathon (then a full) and be about 160 Lbs.

Hope to follow a couple of you on here.
