I've been struggling to lose a small amount of weight (3 lbs or so) for the last year. It seems trivial, but I'm really having a hard time with it. It seems the only time I drop is when I eat very little (below 1000cals), but that only happens when I'm sick. I'm looking for someone else in a similar situation or someone who wouldn't mind looking at my food diary and giving some feedback. Thanks!

    what are your stats?

    3lbs is likely to make little difference, you might want to focus on bodyfat % instead of scale weight.

    I'm 158 cm and 51.5-52 kilos. My Withings Scale says I have 17% bf, I'm pretty sure it's not correct:(

    why struggle to lose 3lbs - what do you think will happen to your body when you do? are you looking for the weight to come off anywhere in particular? (it won't)

    You can have 3 pounds of fluctuation daily. Try for a body re-comp, if you want to look different.
