I see mfp like entering obese "rehab!" you don't bring "crack" into rehab!

The things I have to leave outside and not enter rehab with and what did I have to bring into rehab.
1. Bring in a Positive Attitude, I am willing to change and listen to those who have succeeded, take what they say and adapt it to my body. Leave and let go of ( all past thoughts that derail) No whining, no complaining.the past is the past, whats done is done! ( obese zone current status + ( logging/calories clean meals + exercise does not matter how small ( 2minutes )+ right knowledge = accumulated successful habits and happy thoughts, healthy zone.
"a year from now, you'll wish you started today.
2. " you can't out exercise a Bad diet"
3. " " Do something Today that MY Future Self will thank you for ":) Painting beautiful pictures that add to art history. "No masterpiece was ever created by a lazy artist." be a good steward/manager of one true talents.
4. Nobody respects failure! "Don't use the behavior of others as an excuse to give up and don't give up because you are moving at a different speed." "Difficulty is the excuse history never accepts"
5. "The start of the race is not the end of the race"
6. "Tomorrow" is a BAD word. when entering rehab.
What are the stuff you left behind and what did you bring into rehab?
