30 Day raw fruit and vegetable detox

I'm really curious as to how many people have tried this and what were there outcomes. I'm considering taking the challenge up in 2 days time. Any thoughts?

Why not just eat a balanced diet for the next 30 days? Your body doesn't need to be "detoxed."0

Terrible idea. About half of the weight you lose will be from muscle. You need fats and protein, not a bunch of carbs and vitamins.0
