Newly pregnant looking for other expectant mums

Hi I'm Ally, 37, and newly pregnant. I live on Anglesey, uk, and am hoping to find other mums to be to support and share our journey with. We already have one daughter, and with her I put on 52lbs, and took so much effort to lose it. I didn't enjoy the pregnancy as I felt like losing control of my body. Hence this time, I am focused of maintaining my strength and cardio workouts for as long as possible.

    Hello! I'm pregnant with my first! Only 8 weeks 2 days,but I want to stay on top of my health for me and my mini ninja. Add me if you would like. :) I've used MFP in the past,but this is a new account.
