Hi all
So my target was 12% bodyfat currently at 15, started at 25.
its been awhile since i posted so wanted to update old friends and new, stay motivated and it will work out in the end people you can do it~!!!

If anyone is interested in the how/where/why/method reply and i will detail all questions, diet, routine, supplements, the lot unadulterated!

how'd you get through the last month? As it's always harder the closer you get to your goals, what helped you do that?

Basically i found my progress had slowed, I started taking supplements alot more regularly.
I am having each day;
1x solgar male multiple
1x solgar super eight
Lunch time:
1x solgar probiotic
Dinner
1x solgar male multiple
bedtime
1x zinc picolinate
Each morning i was doing 30mins power walk at 4.5degrees angle, 6.8km/h - keep heart rate at 125-135 no higher
when that plateau's off i changed it to 5.0 degrees - 6.7km/h 25mins, then finally back to 4.5 for 45mins morning before breakfast and in the evening
never miss a meal either!! that is the killer of gains for sure - buy protein with no sweeteners in it, i'm using Reflex Natural whey which is a bit more expensive but there is no sugar in it, and i blend 50g with almond milk, one banana and a big scoop of natural peanut butter before bed every night - in the morning your body will thank you for it trust!
