Has anyone used it before and what were the results? My husband and his brother rave about it but I'm not so sure. I started using the Hydroxycut Max for women on Monday and I definitely feel an energy boost similar to that of drinking a espresso shot! Just wanting to know if this has improved weight loss for anyone else and how quickly. Thanks!

Don't waste your time. Just drink coffee for a boost.

My advice? Stay away. It does not improve weight loss. It will make your heart flutter in a bad way and generally, it's no good for you.

If diet pills worked, we would have no fat people

Diet pills in general aren't the best way to go about it, even if they did work. The second you stop taking it you'd just put the weight back on. It's better to just work on your diet and exercise so you know your body's calorie limits and can have an easier time maintaining when you've lost the weight.

Thanks guys. I am dieting and exercising as well and my husband says it helps speed up your metabolism and suppresses your appetite. Which the appetite part it definitely helps with!

I tried Proclinical Hydroxycut in desperation. I had been on Dexatrim Max 7. I was still trying to lose "baby weight" and the baby turns 8 this spring. I can only speak for myself, of course, but as a massive coffee drinker... I feel zero 'energy' effects, but I seem to be more 'in control' than even with Dexatrim. 60lb weight loss is no joke. Mind you, I am disabled and cannot even stand without a cane, so yeah, tell me to exercise? This is only my experience and your mileage may vary, but I will -never- go back.

Stay FAR FAR away from fat burners unless you want to seriously F up your thyroid. I used them once for maybe a month (didn't even finish the entire bottle - I don't recall the brand). Started gaining weight after I stopped them (despite counting calories AND working out)...saw my doc who ran tests and found I had developed hypothyroidism. by the time my meds got regulated to the correct dosage for me, I had gained over 50 pounds in less than a year.

I now have to take medication for the rest of my life because I wanted to lose fat faster. Just do it the old fashioned way, which WON'T harm your body in the long run.
