Question for the CNAS

I'm wondering how many calories you Burn on average doing a full-blown bed change (you know what I'm talking about). The works. Everything. Took me and the homecare nurse an hour. Thanks much for any ideas:)

Also, this isn't a regular issue so yes, I'm counting it as a burn.

I don't understand. Did you just change the linens or replace one bed for another? If the former, why did it take an hour?

Either way, I really don't know how many calories were burned in the process.
