What an amazing thing to have done and it gives me hope that others in my life who are suffering from health problems related to their weights can also accomplish it.     That's fantastic! Good work. My dad was told the same thing but unfortunately he chose to ignore everyone too and 5 years later he passed away at 407lbs so I love hearing stories like this about people who choose to turn it around. good on you!
