Call me crazy but...

There's more to exercising that weight loss and muscle toning,... :-)
Ask me.

I work at a place where A.C blows at full blast and where despite equatorial climate of the region, you see people wearing sweaters and jackets all the time. I already have a tendency to feel cold sooner. So I had infact fallen sick last month due to excessive cold and AC.

Ever since I started working out, My sweater point - viz that point in time where I can no longer bear cold and have to put on sweater, so that sweater point started coming later and later and for past 3-4 days, I actually didnt wear sweater at all...
Others are quite shocked and someone pointed this out to me today, thats when I realised....

My guess is exercising daily has kept my body temperature high for longer period of time...and kept the coldness at bay...

This discovery almost made me forget all the cussing and reluctance that marks my morning exercise sessions... and I was delighted...

One more reason to exercise....

funny it is the opposite for me, I was always hot when I was heavier and like you i work in an office that is cool. I loved it before, I was always comfortable while everyone else wore the sweaters and coats even in the summer. Now I get cold real fast and even at my house I set the A/C temp up past 75 because I just do not need it as cool as I used to.
