Heloooo there!
Can't seem to manage to eat my lunch any more. This is darn frustrating. If I try forcing myself I just belch. Don't know what to do any more. I ate half my breakfast this morning, skipped lunch wasn't hungry and forced my protein shake down. This is been going on 3 days now. Anyone experienced this and how can I fix it? I don't exercise any more cause I only get about 700 calories in a day. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

You should probably make an appointment with a doctor just to rule out any medical issues.0

So this has been happening for 3 days?
before that you had a normal appetite and ate a reasonable amount?
Most likely you have a viral gastric infection making you nauseaus - or you are pregnant.
I would wait and see if it sorts itself within few days.
If it does, dont worry about it, just carry on as normal
If it doesnt ,do a pregnancy test - if that is negative see your doctor for a medical check up.
