40 and 100 lbs over weight

I know it sounds silly but I am determined to meet the skinny me. I am a poster for Yo-Yo dieting
I am determined to succeed beginning with Slim fast 3,2,1 program just to help with portion control and down sizing.
I want to find an exercise that is fun but but overwhelming

    An exercise that is fun, and can get your heart rate going, is zumba! It's fun with friends, and with new friends you make at your class! :-)
