Does anyone here recommend a weight lifting workout plan (aim is for weight loss not bulking) for beginners?

I could use this too tbh. The more advice the better, as I don't have a gym partner and struggle to teach myself perfect form from the internet.0

Same thing, we don't even have a gym here, so looking for at home options.

I'm following Allpro's beginner programme at home (using dumbbells). I'm really enjoying it so far and would recommend it to anyone looking to start out with lifting weights. I'm sure it'd be even better if you have access to a barbell and squat rack, etc but I'm doing what I can with what I have available and it's good enough for me!0

Your lifting program doesn't make you gain or lose weight. That will depend on your intake.
