    Hello Dan, your story is pretty amazing. How did you stay motivated? My 25-year-old son Jack looks like your before picture, and has finally decided to do something about his weight. I sent your story to him to motivate him. I am also working on my weight - need to lose 70 lbs. even that seems overwhelming at times. You have a lot of courage. You never know what lies underneath the fat. You are a very handsome young man, and I wish you all the luck in starting a new life. I hope that my son will do the same as you.
