Hello everyone. I'm lost. So I've been working out for over month or so, trying to drop 20 lbs. In the beginning I was bouncing around with the Beast body and P90X workouts trying to figure out the one I like.I'm at week 4 on p90x seeing muscle gains in arms, chest, and legs.I still weight 200lbs. Ive been eating healty, minus my cheat days. Im 5'6" 200. I would like to be at 180lbs.

You've answered your own question 'muscle gain', we all know muscle weighs more than fat. Don't go on the number, go on how you feel and look.0

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention that I pulled out the tape measure and compared it to last month. I lost 1 in in the shoulders, gained .5 in arms, but everything stayed. I think I'm just frustrated. I building muscle for sure, but I thought it would lower the scale quicker.0
