I've been struggling a bit lately with lack of appetite and just food in general to be honest. I have no idea of my weight but clothes feel rather looser than they used to.
I've lost 2 inches off my waist and hips in less than a month. I wasn't intending to lose weight, just probably not been eating as well as I should. I'm 5 ft 3, today waist 24 inches, hips 34 inches.
Is this unhealthy?

Too hard to say based on what you provided. though 2 inches off your waist in a month when you didn't have a big one to begin with may be a red flag of losing too fast.
If you have the min amount of healthy body fat, are getting your vitamins and minerals, and your deficit isn't too large it would be healthy. that said if you are not eating enough maybe try drinking more cals (milk, smoothies, juice, etc.)0 -
I agree this is a medical question since you are not dieting that you should try and get answered.0
