Another newbie

I've fallen off the weight loss bandwagon many a times in the last few years. I joined MFP in February and haven't been back since the first week I joined! I've been through 2 pregnancies and really would like to get back to my pre-pg weight, minus 20 more lbs. I've changed my diet, started 2 workout plans and I hope I can stick with it!

    Don't think of it as just another diet. Really try and see this as a change in your life for the better. Who doesn't want to feel better? Just take it one day at a time and do the best you can do. If you have a bad day, just leave it in the past and move forward to the new day and the new you.
