Looking for vegetarian meals that are filling and healthy! HELP!
I have just become a vegetarian and I'm struggling with getting enough protein at meals. I feel like I'm hungry all the time. Thanks for any advice :)

For protein - quinoa, nuts, beans, tofu, seeds, eggs, greek yogurt, lentils. Take the meals you like right now and try to incorporate those things in.

In the beginning I used more meat substitutes to make sure I was getting enough protein and then phased them out as I found meals I liked. One of my favourite meals is black beans with peppers and corn. I usually eat it with quinoa and then the next day I eat it in a wrap.

I also use a vegan protein powder in my smoothies to add more protein to my diet.

You could look for bean dish recipes from India, Cuba, Mexico, Italy.
Add hemp seed to your vegetables and salads.
Also remember you have the option of nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds.

I am a boring eater and make simple, easy to make food. However my food diary is open(so you can see what I eat) and I went vegetarian slowly, so I had a chance to learn some meatless meals.

I also eat vegetarian junk food, like frozen cheese pizza, sometimes.

I don't know how healthy they are (well I do and it isn't in the "very" column), but the Morning Star veggie burgers have a good amount of protein.

Tuna, eggs, cottage cheese - those are my other go-tos.

I find that spaghetti squash with tomato sauce with onions, peppers, mushrooms is super filling and yet low calorie

In addition to the suggestions already given here, see if you can find the Explore Asian line of bean pastas. They are all high protein and high fiber. I really like the mung bean fettucine and use it as a base for veggie stir fries as well as Italian dishes. I'm unfortunately a vegetarian who has an issue with processed soy. I get most of my protein from beans, eggs, and Greek yogurt.

quinoa, yogurt, eggs, beans can all be added to meals to help with protein. Also, lots of people use protein powder in things. I have never personally used it but I know it provides a lot of people with help in getting their macros met.
