Liquid sloshing around in belly

When I contract my stomach muscles I can usually hear liquid sloshing around in my stomach quite loudly! Does anyone else experience this? I don't feel like I consume liquid excessively/am dehydrated

Yeah, I get it too sometimes. I always thought it was just a thing that happens sometimes, especially after drinking water

Yup, especially after my evening teas. If I push my lower right quadrant of my belly iT sounds like the ocean.

I get that at random too, sometimes after just one glass of liquid. It's weird, but doesn't seem to be problematic.
