My name is Sonia and I am new to the site, and I am looking forward to getting to know everyone a little
I am a mom of three and have about 70 lbs to lose, give or take. I started at Goodlife last week and will be seeing a trainer 2x a week for strength training and hope to fit another 3-4 days in doing cardio. Anyone in the same boat? I could use someone to chat with and help motivate me on my hard days

Hello, I'm Tatajana. I have lost 75 pounds so far and have another 65 pounds to lose. I don't have a trainer or anything I just exercise at home. I work as a substitute teacher but have pretty much changed my life to be about health and reading a good book.0
