why am I always bloated??

Hey guys happy Thanksgiving
I always get bloated whether I eat a big or small meal...why is that? Even with a bottle of water I easily become bloated with a full blown stomach
What do you think I have?
Stats:
5'8
210 pounds
I do lift weights and have a bit of muscle on me
I actually have been cutting weight in the past month
Down from 240

    Too much sodium intake perhaps? It makes you retain water.

    Keep cutting and lifting. Watch the sodium and drink a lot of water. Drink drink drink. B)

    Probably that. You diary is empty so there is no way to tell what you are consuming. Just all a guessing game at this point. Otherwise talk to your doctor.

    Oatmeal? Oatmeal will bloat me for days, all forms - granola, cookies, oat bars, hot cereal, etc..

    Do you use whey protein when you lift? A big protein shake tends to make me bloat.
