I have a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder and I'm not sure what exercises I can do that won't make it worse. Sometimes it starts to hurt when doing cardio but that is just an unfortunate side effect to having boobs lol. I really want to do strength training as well but I don't know what I can do as a workout for my arms that won't damage my shoulder further. Anyone had this issue or have any advice? Thanks in advance!

What exercises did your doctor and PT tell you to do? I would start with those, personally.

^utilize your insurance for rehabilitation. It sounds like it is needed and no one on the internet is going to provide a safe program when they do not know how bad the issue really is with your rotator cuff.

Also, how many tendons of the rotator cuff are hurt (this makes a difference) since different tendons stabilize different areas of the glenhohumeral joint?

IS it a tear? you say you do not have a doctor. Is this self diagnosed?

Is your scapula moving correctly (is it at dyskinesis)?

    Is it posture?
