Carbs!

Right, so I'm looking to go on a lean bulk, so gaining around 1-2lbs a week...

I'm always under on Carbs though, so looking for a relatively low fat Carb source I can get

I'm also looking to do a carb load twice a week (it's to compensate training twice for 2 1/2 hours total the next day) So I'll be purposely over eating on Carbs for this period (balancing with lowering protein\fat as well maybe?).

Anyone got any good sources? It's things I can have a snack on that would be best, I already have Sweet Potato\Rice\Wraps\Cereal (Post workout) with my main meals, not sure I can actually eat much more in the same sitting.
