Hey, I started at 171 lbs back in March.I now weigh 135 lbs.My height is 169 cms and the last time I weighed this much was when I was 16 (am almost 22 now) and I don't really remember my measurements from back then..

Here are my measurments:-

Waist (thinnest part) : Starting 34 inches,current 27.5 inches.

Thigh : Starting 25 inches,current 20.5 inches.

Bust : Starting 41 inches,current 37 inches.

Butt : Starting 41 inches,current 36 inches.

Have I lost a good amount of inches considering my weight loss of 36 pounds or should I have lost more..?

there is no "should have." You've lost what you've lost, there is no sense in comparing your unique genetic makeup and predetermined weight loss pattern to anyone else's. Comparisons like that are, to borrow the phrase, "the thief of joy." You just do you, don't set yourself up to feel bad with "but someone else lost more inches than me." Just don't.

It's really hard to say without knowing your workouts, etc. Seems like a good amount of inches lost. How do you feel?

I didn't really workout/indulge in any exercise and nor did I track calories and macros properly..I just guesstimated (measuring and logging seems like too much work to me).I didn't even change my diet or remove processed foods,I just ate smaller quantities..

Actually, this is why I'm doubtful, because I know my weight loss method is far from ideal..So I'm scared that I might have lost more muscle or something.

As for how I feel,I don't find my body perfect but am still happy, atleast I look good in clothes

So much of this. No one can know. We are all unique in our pounds/inches loss rate. It takes AGES for my arms to shrink, but I can do a week of cardio and lose an inch off my waist. Never compare you loss to other people's it will just mess you up.
I was reading a post earlier where a guy lost 52lbs in 5 weeks! I was like "WHAAAAAAAAT!?!?!? And I've lost 15lbs in 8 weeks!?" BUT he also started out over 400lbs. It's a completely different thing.

All you can do is everything you CAN do. Pick a weekly loss rate goal, weigh and measure everything. Eat enough protein to preserve as much muscle mass as possible, maybe lift some weights to be safe and just live your life.

Be PROUD of what you've accomplished and don't worry about anyone else.

The question you need to ask yourself, is are you happy with yourself? You've done a great job losing weight and now that you're there are you happy with it?

Best thing to do now is to START exercising. You may gain a little back in the form of muscle, but you still accomplished losing weight through your diet which is a good thing. You may have lost muscle, but you can get it back. It's the fat that surrounded it you don't want so if you keep doing what you are doing nutrition wise and start working out (cardio, weights, whatever), you can get in better physical shape. I have done this before, and while I liked the way I looked after just simply losing weight, I enjoyed it even more when I added muscle tone to it.
