Hi
Ive been cycling the last few years, after my first time trail and joining a club i want to race next season. Been doing long audaxs upto 600km this year but this will be a big change fast and short laps. So time to lose some weight and train ready for my first race in Feburary. First time counting calories and sofar so good. Dropped 6lbs this week and staying well hydrated, even had a slight increase in my power output on the bike.
Found some great info and recipe ideas on here so thanks and good luck with your plans.
