Fruit and Veggie portions VS sugar intake

I love to make smoothies, it allows me to get more fruits and vegetables during the winter when they are not very tasty during the winter.
I usually make them using orange juice, but I realized that it was responsible for my way too high sugar intake.
Do you have any tips on making either berries smoothie or spinach smoothie while keeping the sugar as low as possible? Are you using water?

I guess water would work. Don't many people use ice?
I don't worry about sugar from fruit. I removed the sugar column and stuck fiber in it's place.
If you eat a lot of fruit, it's almost a guarantee that you'll exceed the MFP sugar limit. Check with your doctor, of course, but many people can eat more sugar than MFP allows.0
