It's a start!

I have been logging my calories here for a couple of weeks now being totally honest with myself but not really "dieting". Each day I was over by 300 - 500 calories but today I did it. I stayed within my allotted calories!!! The whole time I have been exercising. Now that Turkey day is over I'm getting serious on the food part too. Just had to share.

    It gets easier as you find more and more foods that fit into your daily caloric goal. Good job on sticking with it!

    Accurate, consistent and full logging is a great start and essential. It will help you get to target so take baby steps and see if you can keep within your alloted calories again.
