Thanks guys. I went with the cheese and bacon baked potato and a small Dr Pepper. (the diet drinks the me migraines) and because I was obsessing and did extra exercise to be sure I had enough I now have 300+ calories left - lol. But I'm glad I'm getting versed on eating out because we will be Christmas hopping soon and I'm sure it will come up again. Trying to be more flexible but still stick to the plan. Really tired now from all the exercise. Zzzzzz0
