Workouts not involving arms?

I flew off my bike and broke my left arm. What are some weight training exercises that don't require more than one arm? I'm at a loss. I cant even do my beloved planks for 4-6 weeks.

    you are going to on Bodyweight exercises i fear.

    Squat, lunge, high knees.

    if you can get into the gym leg press, calf extensions.

    4-6 weeks of leg days... harsh.
