Hello everyone, i have had an account here for a while but never really used it. I have gained so much fat over the last couple years due to stress and depression and countless other excesses i could use. The point in my life has come that if i do not make a change soon my life will become something i do not want. I feel different, i feel bad, sick when im not, tired when ive just woke up, hungry after just eating. i need to change my habits, and my thought process on how i view food.

i welcome anyone to join my quest and help me while i help any and all of you. Together or alone i will do this but a helping hand or motivating message is always a help when times get dark.

    Hi there hulkpirate :) Don't worry. A lot of us have felt just the same at one time or another. I specifically felt the hunger just after eating but after choosing more nutritious, homemade foods - the majority being fresh veges (raw) for the new me - now I'm finding it's going quite well and I can't actually eat too much rubbish.

    These forums are great because we all have something in common - we all fall down at some time but we all get back up again :)
