Anybody else in the CCCC? (casual calorie counters club)

Was going to call it the Casual Counters Clan but realized that it sounded too much like the KKK, lol

I used to log everything meticulously, but now that I've been using MFP for about a collective year, I just use it to help me get a general idea of what I've had in a day. Some days I don't use it at all, or I might use it until I reach 400 calories shy of my goal, when I'll just remember that I have 400 calories left and not bother adding it to MFP.

I do agree that regularly tracking your weight and measurements is cool to look at when you've made progress though!

I stopped tracking food intake a while ago, and will do so again if I find I need to drop weight. However I still use MFP to check calories on things if I don't already know just so I can keep tabs on how much I eat.
