I just ate kangaroo for the first time (they're not that common around here). Scrumptious! Now I envy aussies even more.

Truthfully I'm not really bothered. I just think there's plenty of meat options available out there without adding more and more animals into our repertoire0 -

More like beef. Makes sense I guess since it's large herbivore. Maybe a little sweeter, Melted in my mouth. Very lean and great macros.0

It's very much like venison. Red meat, very lean, gamier than beef. I use roo mince in bolognaise, chili etc, and love a good roo steak.0
